TIPs:

  1. If you are looking for a specific file, keep in mind that sometimes files are revised. Usually the last few characters of the filename are changed. For example TCPN04A.EXE is the update for TCPN04.EXE. Using the File Finder you can search using the partial filename TCPN to find the most current version of the file.
  2. If you are looking for a Technical Information Document (TID) you might try using different keywords in the query box as sometimes new documents are created on the same subject. The Help button on the Knowledgebase offers additional ways to search.
  3. You can search for a specific document number by entering the document number, example 2908156, in the Knowledgebase query field. Do not enter TID2908156.
