Installation and User's Guide Addendum
______________________________________________

A) OnQueue V2.1 simplifies the installation process on NetWare
4.1. The installation process is unchanged for NetWare
3.x installations.

When installing on NetWare 4.1, follow the instructions in the
manual with the following exceptions:
   1) Login at the OnQueue Workstation as ADMIN. Use the /b
      option when logging in.

All other installation instruction are the same. When the
OnQueue installation is complete ADMIN will be assigned as both
a Queue User and Queue Operator. (If the user SUPERVISOR also
exists on this file server, SUPERVISOR will also be assigned as
both a Queue User and Queue Operator. The group EVERYONE
will be assigned as a Queue User only if it exists. Additional
users or groups can be assigned as Queue Users by following the
section in the manual entitled "Assigning Queue Users".

B) If OnQueue cannot restore one or more drive mappings when
executing a task it outputs a warning, "TS139 Warning - Unable
to find one or more drive paths". If you wish to see more
detailed information on which drives are not being mapped, you
can set a DOS environment variable to do so.
     SET ONQUEUE_DRIVES=1
