After you have installed the desired NWLib on your hard drive, you'll need to add the component or package to Delphi or BCB to complete the installation.

For Delphi 1,2 and Borland C++ Builder v1, select Components|Add New Component, then add the NWReg32.pas (or NWReg16.pas for Delphi 1) file to your VCL. Ensure your Delphi 1 VCL Search path does not exceed 128 characters, so the NWLib installation path can be added to the end of the search path.

For Delphi 3/4/5 and Borland C++ Builder 3/4, select Component | Install packages, then add the VNWLIB(x) package file. Also, you must ensure the NWLib path appears in your Library Path (Select Tools|Environment to change library paths).

NWLib Enterprise: If you purchased the NWLib Source Code, you can create your own Delphi 3 and BCB 3 Packages. Simply select Component|Install, then "Install into New Package" and specify the NWReg32.pas file as the unit file name.

                   Novell Netware Client 32 Required!
                ****************************************

NWLib 32 requires the Novell Netware Client 32 workstation
software. If you are running Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.5x/4.0, you'll
need to install this software on your client machine before you
can run applications compiled using NWLib 32. Delphi 1.x users
needn't worry about this at all.

You can download the Client 32 installation kit from Novell's WWW site
or their Compuserve Forum. Or, call your Novell Support representative
for more information.

See the MSCLIENT.TXT file included with the NWLib package for a complete explanation from Novell about this subject.

You are hereby granted license to use NWLib free of charge. However, you cannot redistrbute the software

the components. If you are writing a commercial application, we would appreciate a donation of $150.00 to
cover any support costs.
